    Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Stres pada Tenaga Kesehatan di Klinik Pratama Radjak Grup

    Sumber stres perawat ada tiga faktor; faktor lingkungan fisik (beban kerja berlebih, kurangnya waktu untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan), faktor lingkungan psikologis (kondisi kesakitan dan kematian pasien, kesiapan perawat untuk berhadapan dengan tuntutan emosional pasien dan keluarga, dukungan rekan kerja yang kurang) serta faktor lingkungan sosial (konflik dengan tenaga kesehatan, rekan sesama perawat dan atasan kerja). Kondisi serupa dialami tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama Radjak Grup yang mengalami stres. Kendati tingkat stresnya belum diketahui karena belum ada penelitian khusus dan juga diperburuk oleh pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stres pada tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama Radjak Grup. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 80,2% (88 orang) tenaga kesehatan mengalami keluhan stres ringan. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan antara hambatan komunikasi dengan staf lain OR 7,700 (p-value 0,000), kejelasan tugas OR 11,429 (p-value 0,010) dan hubungan antara tuntutan emosi pasien OR 4,250 (p-value 0,020). Hasil analisis multivariat bahwa variabel yang paling mempengaruhi stres  tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama Radjak Grup adalah variabel tuntutan emosi pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan bagi HRD Klinik Pratama Radjak Grup diharapkan menciptakan iklim kerja yang nyaman dan profesional sehingga sesama staf dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, bertanggung jawab dan menjaga kode etik profesi.Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Kejadian Stres, Tenaga Kesehatan, Klini

    TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM: A STUDY ON TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE NORTHERN COASTAL OF JAKARTA

    This paper discusses teachers‟ professionalism. These teachers‟ competences are summarized in four competences, namely professional competence, pedagogic competence, personal competence, and social competence. This study focused on both teachers‟ professional and pedagogic competences. This study was carried out on teachers of Vocational High Schools in The Northern Coastal of Jakarta. The questionnaire, observation, interview, and document were used in this study. The result was analyzed in the percentage through quantitative data analysis. The percentage result was scaled to determine the teachers‟ professional and pedagogic competences. It was revealed that 81.6% of 358 teachers, or 292 teachers, had a good professionalism. Moreover, 222 teachers (62.3%) have mastered the material for teaching well. Teachers‟ professional competence belonged to low category (43.2%). And finally, from pedagogic side, their professional belonged to medium level (69.7%). Based on the research result, it is important to be stated again here that the teachers‟ position, as professional element, should be improved and enhanced their role as the agent of teaching-learning process in the schools. This role will also focus on improving the quality of education in national level as well as the human resources of Indonesia in general

    This research objective is to describe the difficulties of the students in mastering English Preliminary observations in IAI As’adiyah Sengkang indicate that the English ability of the students is varied. The researcher limited this research in the second semester students of English Education Program of IAI As’adiyah Sengkang as participants of the research. The researcher focused in the difficulties of the students in mastering English. There are Two Difficulties discussed. They are the difficulties of the students in speaking and the difficulties of students in grammar. The researcher used descriptive qualitative research in this research. The technique of collecting the data in this research is in the form of interviews. The interviews provided questions that on the difficulties of students in mastering English. Interview is the technique in getting evidence deeply to students. The result of the research proves that most of the students in the second semester of English education program of IAI As’adiyah Sengkang liked learning English. They have many reasons why they like learning English. Besides that, they consider that English speaking is difficult to be learnt. They have two main problems. Those are pronunciation and vocabulary. Most of students also have problems in learning grammar. They are difficult to understand the formula of the structure. They also have problems in understanding the tenses

    Development of teaching factory competency-based for vocational secondary education in Central Java, Indonesia

    This research was conducted to analyze the teaching factory model in vocational high school (sekolah menengah kejuruan/SMK) in Central Java Province, Indonesia according to the teaching factory's success factors. This research used meta-ethnography for qualitative methods and Delphi technique, Research and Development, and social problem-solving models for quantitative methods. This research involved five vocational secondary education in Central Java Province, with 140 students as the respondents. The findings of teaching factory model implementation are applied to school management, human resources, marketing promotion, workshops, laboratories, learning patterns, and business and industry relationships. This model should increase the competency of graduates relevant to business and industry needs in the 4.0 era industry

    Utilization of Oyster Shells as a Substitute Part of Cement and Fine Aggregate in the Compressive Strength of Concrete

    The compressive strength of concrete depends on the physical characteristics of the concrete forming materials. Oyster shells originating from Krueng Neng, Aceh Besar are very abundant, left unattended by fishermen, causing pollution of the surrounding environment. Oyster shell dust contains CaO, which can be used as a partial substitution of cement. Therefore, it is necessary to study oyster shell ash as cement replacement and fine aggregate in concrete production. This research aims to determine the compressive strength of concrete using shell ash as cement replacement and fine aggregate. The oyster shells were obtained from Krueng Neng, Lamjamee Village, Jaya Baru, Aceh Besar District. The oyster shells were crushed with a Los Angeles Test machine and sieved with sieve size 2.36 mm for fine aggregate and sieve #200 for cement replacement. The water-cement ratios (w/c) were 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6. The results showed that concrete's compressive strength with 5% cement replacement level was higher than the concrete with cement only. Meanwhile, for other replacement levels, the compressive strengths of concrete specimens were lower than control specimens. 

    Implications of Knowledge Management in Vocational Education

    This study analyzes the differences between the levels of management knowledge possessed by vocational high school teachers. The problem in this research is the shortage of vocational teachers who teach productive subjects, so that there is a gap in the skills possessed by graduates. This study uses a quantitative approach with Chi-Squared analysis, data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires and documents. The sample amounted to 62 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The results showed that there was no significant difference between knowledge management and the category of teachers (vocational and non-vocational). These results mean that every teacher who teaches at Muhammadiyah vocational schools has the same knowledge competence in designing, organizing, carrying out tasks, and controlling school programs

    the Prevailing 2013 Curriculum in Junior High School Practice: Teacher Perspective

    The 2013 Curriculum has been implemented in various schools in Jakarta. Although, the concept has been debated among teachers, and practitioners, some private and public schools in Jakarta have fully implemented this curriculum. The main purpose of this study was to examine teachers understanding of the prevailing 2013 Curriculum. This study used mix methods. The quantitative method was used to examine the teachers’ competence about the 2013 Curriculum, while the qualitative method was used to strengthen and explore teachers’ responses about curriculum in classroom practices. There were three different aspects that evaluated such as training period, classroom practice, and students' classroom engagement. The participant included 125 junior high school teachers from different parts of Jakarta. Data were collected through an online survey with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result of this study reported that teachers have enough time to get their training but they need extra time to prepare for classroom practice. Students who be engaged the 2013 Curriculum in classroom practice have been supported to work collaboratively with their peers.  Teachers need to be prepared such as equipment, classroom plan, book for the teacher, and time for meeting among their peer teaching. In the class practice, teachers need allotted time to prepare for teaching and examination

    Bagi hasil merupakan suatu bentuk kesepakatan antara pemilik lahan dengan pekerja, bentuk kesepakatan ini dilakukan karena tidak cukupnya kemampuan atau waktu pemilik lahan untuk bertani. Masyarakat saat ini masih melakukan bagi hasil, meskipun hanya dilakukan di pedesaan bagi hasil yang dianggap tradisi di tempat tertentu. Sistem bagi hasil sendiri menjadi perdebatan apakah sudah memenuhi syariat atau belum. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan mengeksplorasi metode, pengaruh dan apakah sistem bagi hasil telah dilakukan dengan cara yang benar sesuai syariat. Makalah ini mengimplikasikan metode kualitatif berupa penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menemukan metode, faktor pengaruh dan penerapan sistem bagi hasil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara terbuka terutama berfokus pada warga yang bekerja sebagai petani.
